Can my order be customised?

Yes, all of our products are made to order and therefore can be adjusted to fit your taste and requirements. Please contact tokenoftheforest@gmail.com to discuss your ideas.
Can I collect my order?

Yes, we are based near Needham Market in Suffolk. If this is convinient, you are more than welcome to swing by the workshop to pick up your item(s).
How long will my order take to arrive?

Every order is different and therefore we can't provide a standard shipping time. Before you purchase an item, please contact tokenoftheforest@gmail.com so we can arrange delivery cost and lead time.
Are your products suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, the majority of our products are suitable for indoor and outdoor use which are stated in the product description. However, there are some exceptions. Please get in touch for more details tokenoftheforest@gmail.com.
